Cable tray and trunking cable laying shall meet the following requirements:
(1) the cable tray should be above 2.2m above the surface, and the top of the bridge should not be less than 0.3m from the ceiling or other obstacles. The width of the bridge should not be less than 0.1m, and the filling rate of the cross section in the bridge should not exceed 50%.
(2) cable tray cable vertical laying, at the upper end of the cable and every interval of 1.5m should be fixed on the bridge bracket; horizontal laying, in the cable head, tail, turn and every interval of 3~5m reinforcement.
(3) The cable trunking shall be 2.2m above the ground. When installed in the ceiling, the opening surface of the trough cover shall maintain a vertical clearance of 80mm, and the utilization rate of the trunking section shall not exceed 50%.
(4) The cables in the trunking may not be bound. The cables in the trunking shall be straight and not crossed as far as possible. The cables shall not overflow the trunking. The bending parts of the cables entering and leaving the trunking shall be bound and fixed. The vertical trunking cables shall be fixed on the cable support at 1.5m intervals.
(5) When laying cables in horizontal and vertical trays and vertical trunking, the cables shall be bound. Four pairs of twisted cables shall be bundled with 24 pairs, and 25 or more pairs of twisted trunk cables, optical cables and other signal cables shall be bundled according to the cable type, cable diameter and cable core number. Binding spacing should not be greater than 1.5m, buckle spacing should be uniform, moderate tightness.
(6) The technical requirements for the construction of overhead, pipeline, direct burial, wall and concealed pipe laying of electrical and optical cables in the subsystem of the building complex shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications "Technical Specifications for Construction and Acceptance of Municipal Telephone Line Engineering" and "Interim Technical Regulations for Construction and Acceptance of Optical Fiber Digital Transmission System Engineering of Telecommunications Network.
